Need some Halloween inspiration? Check out this Witchy Halloween shoot we did at the Deserted Village of Feltville. The Deserted Village is a really cool spot part of Watchung Reservation in Northern New Jersey. Woodsy, with abandoned homes and a secluded meadow. This was the perfect spot for a Halloween shoot.
My old friend from high school, Gina, approached me about doing a fun witchy shoot with her friends. She wanted everyone to get their spook on, and they brought props and smoke bombs. It was actually my first time shooting with smoke bombs! Other Halloween props included a ghoulish jack-o-lantern, witchcraft books, candles, a shrunken zombie head, and (of course) a handbook for the recently deceased. It was just eerie enough between the props, the golden sunset in the woods and the smoke bombs in the meadow.
Halloween is only 10 days away, so if you still need to get into the spooky season spirit – check out the photos from the shoot below!
