Kelsey & Dan’s wintry and snowy engagement session at Skylands Manor.

These two braved some seriously cold weather for this session! New Jersey had just gotten several snowstorms that left us with about 2-3 feet of snow. Despite trudging through some deep snow in the cold, Kelsey & Dan made some magic happen.

First of all, I didn’t realize it until Steve said it – but how much does Dan look like Ryan Gosling?! It’s crazy, once you see it, you can’t un-see it!! They were engaged last fall while pumpkin picking for Kelsey’s mom’s birthday. When they returned home, the porch was set up with fall decorations and Dan got down on one knee unexpectedly. Kelsey’s sister took pictures and the family celebrated together afterward. So cute!

For their session at Skylands Manor, they brought their sweet rescue dogs. Then Kelsey changed into her emerald green dress and they strolled through the snow as the sun set. It was mighty cold, but these two powered through!

Their wedding is set for May 2022 at The Mansion at Mountain Lakes! We can’t wait!
