Our first time at The Farm Bakery and Events did not disappoint!! We had the BEST time with Amanda and Alex for their gorgeous August wedding! It was no doubt their wedding day would be perfection, we also had the best time with them at their engagement session on their family farm.
Alex and Amanda’s wedding at The Farm Bakery and Events was the perfect blend of rustic charm and timeless elegance. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they exchanged vows overlooking the picturesque farm property, complete with towering trees, golden fields, and sweeping countryside views.
From the very beginning, every detail reflected the couple’s unique vision. The wonderful team at The Farm worked closely with them to bring that vision to life, using lush greenery and soft white florals that beautifully complemented the venue’s rustic charm and natural beauty.
Amanda looked radiant in a custom pearl-studded gown by Rachel Rose from Day Dream Bridal Shop, and Alex looked effortlessly sharp in a classic navy blue suit. Their wedding party was equally stylish, with bridesmaids in flowing dusty blue dresses from Azazie. The groomsmen wore coordinating navy suits from Generation Tux.
After the ceremony, guests made their way to the outdoor terrace for cocktail hour. With a relaxed atmosphere and scenic views, it was the perfect time to mingle, enjoy a drink, and take in the beauty of the farm. Many guests even caught a glimpse of Amanda and Alex stealing golden hour moments together.
The celebration truly came to life at the reception, which kicked off with a choreographed first dance and didn’t slow down from there. The energy on the dance floor was electric, and the joy was contagious all night long.
As the evening wound down, guests were treated to a delicious selection of farm-to-table desserts, a signature touch of this beloved family-owned venue. Amanda and Alex ended their perfect summer wedding cozied up by the fire pit, sharing s’mores, laughter, and the start of their new adventure together.
“Alex and I grew up in the same town and went to school together from 5th grade on! We never really connected for real until we went to Rutgers together for college. We truly began as friends and it quickly progressed to more than that!
Alex proposed on December 13th, 2022 in Peddler’s Village with all of the Christmas lights! It was intimate and perfect for us. Alex owns his own forensic engineering company, so we do a lot of that together; if we’re not working together or watching our favorite Netflix shows, we’re going out for sushi or racing formula cars at the race track! There’s truly never a dull moment with us. We love being active and creating a life we love together!”
