Michelle and Joe chose the Palisades Ross Dock Picnic Area for their engagement session which had the most gorgeous light, fall foliage and view of the George Washington Bridge! When your love of Star Wars runs as deep as these two, it just HAS to be the theme of your wedding – and engagement session! When Michelle and Joe contacted us about photographing their wedding next year, we were really excited when we heard it would be Star Wars-themed. As huge fans ourselves, we knew we would have so much fun with this couple.

They brought just the right amount of props to be on-theme for this shoot. Matching Han Solo and Princess Leia shirts for the first half, a Yoda save-the-date sign and comic books were the perfect little touches. Moreover, their adorable dog Teddy made an appearance. (There’s a chance he may be the obligatory Chewie at the wedding).
