Morgan & Scott’s November engagement session at Long Pond Ironworks State Park in West Milford, New Jersey was giving all the fall vibes! With the cool air, fallen leaves and their burnt orange coordinating outfits, it felt like stepping straight into a cozy autumn postcard – complete with golden light, quiet forest trails, and the kind of crisp afternoon that makes you want to stay outside just a little longer.
The soft golden light created the dreamiest atmosphere as they laughed, held hands, and soaked in the moments together. From quiet walks down leaf-covered paths to sweet glances shared between the trees, every moment felt natural and full of love. As of this session, they had been together nearly a full decade!
We loved that Morgan & Scott brought all the supplies for a picnic, including a wooden basket and vintage tea cups for hot cocoa! Little details like this make a session feel even more personal and meaningful. As they cozied up on a blanket surrounded by fallen leaves, sipping cocoa and laughing together, it felt like we were capturing a quiet afternoon straight out of their everyday life. These thoughtful touches not only added charm to their photos, but also helped tell the story of their relationship and the simple moments they love sharing – such as outdoors, hiking, fishing, kayaking, camping. etc.
