Megan & Rob met us at Laurelwood Arboretum for their Summer engagement session in July. It was one of those mild, July days that was perfectly sunny and comfortable. Laurelwood offers both natural and manicured grounds, and even some deer friends came wandering through the shoot!

This couple met through Megan’s cousin and love to hike together! We always recommend woodsy places with moderate hikes or simple trails for people who like to hike. A full-blown hike can sometimes leave you sweaty and out-of-breath. Laurelwood is perfect because it’s filled with tree-covered greenery and lots of flowering blooms.

Megan & Rob were so easy-going together! They made each other laugh and did our favorite thing ever – started to ignored us! We love it when a couple is just having such a good time together, they partially forget we’re there.

Their wedding date is set for May 2021 at Rock Island Lake Club and we’re so excited to work with them again!
