Shannon & Kevin are among the many couples who have had to reschedule their 2020 wedding. In the process of rescheduling, they reached out to us after losing their original photographer. We were so glad we could be available for them. It has been such an exasperating time for couples going through this (and trust us, we know first-hand from postponing our own wedding). And these two just wanted to do something special and still have an engagement session at Cross Estate Gardens.

We LOVE this place. Although we may say this about everywhere we shoot, Cross Estate Gardens is honestly one of our top 5 places in Northern New Jersey for an engagement session.

About the Couple:

“Kevin and I met in college at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). I was a sophomore, pledging Delta Sigma Pi (DSP), a co-ed business fraternity. And Kevin was already a member (he was a junior). We’ve been ‘official’ since December 3rd, 2014.  Got engaged on Nov 4, 2018 at Liberty State Park. Every year we try to see a newBroadway show around our anniversary (who knows about this year lol) because prior to us dating, Kevin had never been to one! We both enjoy traveling, hiking/going on walks, chilling, eating and laughing!! We are still watching ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philly’ since the series is so long, but we recently watched Mad Men and Breaking Bad. I kind of got him into reality tv shows like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – lol. But our go-to shows are usually comedy/action, and we definitely watch a good amount of HGTV/Cooking shows. Kevin works in the Finance industry and I work in Digital Marketing.”

Shannon & Kevin are set to get married June 2021 at Rock Island Lake Club and we hope nothing stands in their way!
