Urban Elegance – Chic September Wedding at Battello

How did you get engaged?

We loved Nicolette and Matt’s engagement story by the skyline on the Hoboken waterfront. We love that Matt recreated their first date beginning at a bar and ending at the pier on her birthday. 🙂 It was only fitting that they held their wedding at Battello of Jersey City, on a pier overlooking the Hudson River.

Wedding Details

When it came time to choose a wedding venue, Battello was love at first sight for Matt and Nicolette. Its modern-industrial vibe and sweeping skyline views perfectly mirrored the feel they wanted for their big day. They envisioned a night that reflected the warmth and romance of their September wedding. 

The bride’s beautifully elegant dress from Galia Lahav was a perfect touch, complementing the venue’s modern and chic vibe with a hint of classic romance. The groom’s tux from Ideal Tux looked perfectly classic with Nicolette’s dress. A Petal to a Peddle’s florals were warm and romantic and were the perfect addition to the early-fall vibes of the day. Same thing with the lovely bridesmaid’s dresses from Revelry! And Nicolette having her maid of honor as the officiant for the ceremony was such a heartwarming moment.

The couple wanted their wedding to be a high-energy celebration, filled with joy and laughter; ending with unforgettable moments on the dance floor; and that was made certain with Jesse as the MC with Pure Event Group!

One of the highlights for us personally was the dessert! If you haven’t tried Baonana, what are you doing?!

We wish the best of luck and many years of love and happiness for Matt and Nicolette. Congratulations!
