Sarah & Joel’s The Grove At Centerton November wedding in Pittsgrove, New Jersey was a fantastic Autumn day. The rain had cleared, the sun was shining and the leaves turned super late last year. Tons of fall foliage still clung to the trees. There was elation, joy, homemade Dominican guava cake and dancing grandmas gettin’ down.

You may remember Sarah and Joel’s Fall Allaire State Park engagement session up on the blog with their adorable dachshunds. Well, by the time their full blown wedding day rolled around it felt like eons ago! Of course, this Grove at Centeron wedding was one of the many 2020 postponements. These two did in fact tie the knot officially via sunrise elopement on the beach in September, 2020. We are SO glad they didn’t wait on that! And now this joyous party was what everyone was looking forward to.

Wedding Details

The bride’s dress was All Who Wander by Essense of Australia, the bridesmaid dresses were by Revelry and the groom’s suit was by The Black Tux. Sarah envisioned a relaxed boho vibe that would be whimsical and a little moody.
The fall color scheme included dusty mauve, burgundy, blush, navy, gold and creams.

Some noteworthy moments included some AMAZING home-made Dominican wedding cake, baked lovingly by Joel’s sweet mother. (Our personal favorite was the guava!) Also, both of their grandmas dancing lively to the music. A party is definitely a rager if the grandmas are up and moving!
