*When choosing favorites, also keep storytelling in mind. For example, don’t choose 20 bridesmaids photos and only 2 groomsmen photos, lol. 🙂

^ FYI Page thickness will always be standard, as it is already very thick. Library binding is standard and to be clear – these are LAY FLAT albums! Meaning they lay flat 🙂 Any creases will not obstruct the photos too much, but we have a rule that we’ll never put a crease down anyone’s face in the design! :

We will send you an online proofer that you’ll be able to comment on directly! Please allow 2-3 weeks for the initial album design, another 2-3 weeks for retouching once the design is approved. This deadline estimate may extend during busy season.

If you’re ordering albums for holiday gifts it’s best to start the design process no later than September. We cannot guarantee an album will be completed and printed for December if you begin the album building process after September.

PROOFING YOUR ALBUM

When you receive your proof, please look through your design (we recommend viewing it on a computer, not your phone) and feel free to comment directly in the proofer with any changes. You can click “approve” if you’re happy with what we’ve done or click “request changes” to make comments.

Make a color image black and white

How to Comment:

1. Click “Proof Designs”

2. Click “View”

3. Click on any area of an image to insert a comment.

4. Type comment. Hit enter to make sure the comment is added.

5. Tap “send comments” on the top right

*If you just hit approve, it doesn’t send the comments!

**Please keep in mind, the cover will be intentionally blank until the FINAL proof. And the final proof of your album will have further retouching included. We will clean up fly-away hairs, spots on the ground, exit signs, etc. But please let us know if you notice something we didn’t. If you should want additional, more complicated retouching, for example “removal of a person,” – requests like this may be subject to a $35 retouching fee. We will notify you if any further fees apply to your requests and allow you to approve these extra charges or not. 

Once you approve, we will add those fees to your remaining balance, if applicable. You will also be able to choose a color for the linen cover, and how your names & date will be presented on the cover.   

You will have a chance to see a final, retouched proof with cover before it goes out for finalized printing.
