At the very end of June, Hannah and Alex shared their engagement session at Silas Condict County Park in Kinnelon, NJ. We recommended Silas because the couple is outdoorsy and they love to hike. It’s always a good idea to choose somewhere that appears to be a deep wooded area, without all the hiking. This way, you can still wear nice clothes and not get too sweaty!

“We met each other in college during our first design class while studying architecture at NYIT. From being in the same friend group, to having the same class schedule, to spending countless late nights at school working on our projects, we spent A LOT of time together. We both were growing feelings towards one another but were too shy to speak up. It wasn’t until after our sophomore year, in the summer of 2015, when we returned home from traveling to Italy together for a study abroad program that we officially began dating. It was inevitable that we would fall in love together in such a beautiful country. For the next 6 years, we enjoyed learning more about each other by spending our time finding and experiencing new adventures.

Fast forward to April 2021, we planned an unplugged weekend getaway at a cabin at @GetAwayHouse in the Eastern Catskills, NY where Alex finally popped the question!”
