Daniela and Chris were married inside the beautiful barn at Perona Farms, NJ. When Daniela asked us to photograph her wedding, I had to jump at the chance. We were very close childhood friends (we lived right across the street from one another after she moved from Queens to the suburbs of NJ). Daniela and I played with our Barbie’s together, watched Arthur & Pokemon and always had Subway sandwiches for lunch with a side of Baked Lays. We were inseparable as kids. I knew photographing her day would be incredibly special because I could literally be there for her the entire day.

Vintage vibes

This bride had a very specific vision of a rustic, barn wedding but had a classic twist of Hollywood Glam. This vibe was so unique, and so very Daniela. There were so many personal touches around Perona Farms including vintage furniture and decorations. Furthermore, this couple loves to travel together & have an adorable mini dachshund Charlie, and we loved how they incorporated their personal interests into the day. There were so many great little details and it was a pleasure to document it all. Cheers to the newlyweds Daniela & Chris Skibiniski!
