Woodland Lake is sort of a secret spot. It’s not an overly popular spot inundated with photographers. It’s perfect for little family & maternity sessions!

Not only legacy clients, but good friends.

We love Dave & Justine so much. Steve and I have known Dave since the days of bands playing at basement shows, we’ve since photographed their love story throughout the years. After photographing their engagement session, we also photographed Justine’s first maternity session while pregnant with Owen. Then, we photographed another little family session once Owen was born. Once Justine was very pregnant with their second, Claire, they were ready for another shoot! Woodland Lake was perfect because it was fairly local to all of us – which worked perfectly and coincided with little Owen’s nap schedule.

This family makes our hearts melt. Owen is so chatty and we can’t get enough of listening to him babble. Since this session, Claire has joined us in the world. Due to covid, we haven’t met her in person yet. But we simply cannot wait until they ask us for another family session! Dave & Justine are our biggest cheerleaders and are always referring us to people. We can’t thank them enough. They’re two amazing souls and the world needs more people like them.
