I met with the Huddy family at Lake Mohawk in Sparta, NJ for their September family session. Surprise! – this session was also a pregnancy announcement!

I last photographed this family for Emmy’s first birthday, and we did a sweet little “at-home” session. Jess then reached out later about photographing the family together again, this time to announce their pregnancy with their second child. Of course, I was far too excited! Emmy is that chattiest one-year-old you’ll ever meet and babbles on and on, I could listen to her all day. Jess and Ryan are so loving together. They all make my job easy!

This time, we got them out of the house and jetted over to the secluded, private beach areas that are only available to residents of Sparta, NJ. Then we wandered the Lake Mohawk boardwalk area – which is so scenic! It’s such a photogenic spot for portraits without going all the way down to a shore boardwalk.

We can’t express how excited we are that the Huddy family keeps growing and we can’t wait to meet baby number 2!
