Paige and Bobby had their July Summertime, farm style wedding in Pine Bush, New York. The vision was clean, modern & elegant, but still laid-back and rustic with colors of gold, white, champagne and olive green.

Paige’s dress was from Justin Alexander and the bridesmaid dresses were the Azazie “Jane” in Taupe. They were married in Goshen Christian Reformed Church and the tented reception was held at a private farm residence.

Roll with the Punches

This couple actually had a different venue planned, but it closed during covid! Now, we know that sounds like an absolute nightmare. But we firmly believe that everything is meant to be, and also all aspects of your wedding day – especially your venue – should reflect who you are as a couple. In our personal opinion, their original venue did not hold a candle to what came to fruition. This tented farm style wedding in the meadows of Pine Bush, New York was just so very Paige and Bobby. Upscale, but a little bit country and down to earth.

Having an outdoor wedding means the weather forecast is heavily added to your stress. But! Sometimes odds are just in your favor. Immediately after we were finishing at the church, the sky opened up and maybe this is an exaggeration – but it was basically a monsoon, LOL. Lucky for us, we planned for family photos inside the church and then had a 30 minute ride to the tented reception. It rained for the entire drive but totally stopped when we arrived at the farm! Unreal timing!

So, it was a little muddy upon arrival and eventually the bottom of Paige’s dress was stained and wet. But you know what? She didn’t care anymore! All of the important photos got done and she was having an absolute blast.

It’s noteworthy to mention that during their ceremony, special music was played on the piano by the girls Paige used to babysit for years. She used to bring them to piano lessons – so sweet!

The night ended with a literal bang as a display fireworks finished out the party.
