We had so much fun with Katie and Will at Jockey Hollow in Morristown for their engagement session. This park is always so scenic for sessions. And this early Spring session brought us some little yellow blossoms on the trees! Katie has such an infectious laugh and was all smiles the entire time. She’s also a fabric colorist, so we have to give her props for coordinating their outfits so well! If you’re unsure what to wear to your engagement session, go ask Katie! She chose perfectly complimenting colors that heeded our advice to “match without matching.”
You could just feel how happy they made each other and how comfortable they were around each other. It was one of those Sundays in early Spring that was easy-going with warm, soft light and mild temperatures. Jockey Hollow is particularly nice just before sunset because the park is fairly quiet, and all of the Civil War re-enactments have finished and Colonial era actors have gone home for the night. It felt like the whole world fell away besides Katie & Will. They weren’t afraid to dance and be themselves! These two really nailed their session. We can’t wait for their wedding at Stone House at Sterling Ridge on March 27, 2020!
