The Wedding

Dan and Michelle envisioned a day that was clean and simple – and that it was! Their September wedding last year at The Refinery at Perona Farms was all about effortless romance and a fresh, modern vibe. With the bridesmaids in elegant champagne dresses from Show Me Your Mumu and the groomsmen looking timeless in black tuxes, their color palette added just the right touch of warmth. Michelle’s DayDream Bridal dress was perfectly modern and elegant – a great compliment to Dan’s tux from The Black Tux. Additionally, the florals by Yumila Weddings and Events were kept beautifully simple with baby’s breath, eucalyptus, and pampas, enhancing the venue’s natural charm.

Although the Dan and Michelle were doubtful in the beginning about doing a first look, we are so glad they did; the moment between them was so incredibly heartfelt and emotional… And it gave them enough time to enjoy cocktail hour!

Tell us about yourselves!

“We started dating when we were sophomores in high school. We love to try out food trucks, visit new places and hang out with our pup. The last show we binge watched was… ask Dan. I always fall asleep LOL 🙂 “

This couple’s Hoboken engagement session was one of our all time faves – with Michelle’s dress giving us Carrie Bradshaw vibes. We knew every aspect of her wedding day would be meticulously detailed.
