Izzy & JT’s engagement session began at Gate Hill Day Camp and ended with a tranquil sunset overlooking Perkins Memorial Tower in Stony Point, NY. They met while working together as counselors at Gate Hill Day Camp. This was such a perfect idea because it’s where their whole relationship started!

While walking around the lake and the cabins, there was a sense of nostalgia for Izzy & JT. It was apparent that they were so happy together walking around there sharing old memories. Afterward, we headed to the overlook at Perkins Memorial Tower for sunset photos. There is an incredible mountainous overlook with beautiful views. The sun was setting right over Stony Point. We found golden hour at the most perfect moment, just as the sun was peaking through the trees.

When photos were over, we were all hungry and Izzy and JT are so sweet they asked us to grab a bite to eat with them! They took us to The Burger Loft which is our new favorite place for burgers & brews! We love just spending time with our couples, and since their engagement session we’ve met up with Izzy and JT at the brewery at our own wedding venue; Industrial Arts. We actually have Izzy and JT to thank for introducing us to our wedding venue in general at Garnerville!

We can’t wait for their wedding in June at Perona Farms!
