Erin Galardi from Ruffles & Trains Photography reached out to us via Instagram to express that she admired our work and realized we lived pretty close to each other (before we moved). She saw we had photographed at the Glenburn Estate in Riverdale, NJ and loves that venue as well! She asked if I’d be interested in a shoot exchange, and of course I said yes! I almost never get my photo taken, the curse of being a photographer always photographing everyone else! And she is a stunning vision, so of course I jumped at the chance to make portraits of her at my favorite place, Glenburn Estate!

Boho-chic Vibes

When we met up, we had tons to talk about – it’s like we were already old friends! I discovered she’s a strong and powerful mom on top of pursuing her dreams of photography. She styled herself in maxi dress with boho-chic vibes, and I could immediately tell she was no stranger to the camera. She posed effortlessly and made my job super easy. I, personally, am not quite comfortable in front of the camera myself (hence why I’m always behind it) but Erin made me feel at ease!
