Allaire State Park is a little gem of a spot for an engagement session, especially during the Fall season! They have seasonal decorations all over the place and it’s basically photoshoot-ready! Alexandra and Albert were SO sweet together and I loved every minute of photographing them. They planned perfect Fall outfits and everything about this shoot screams early-Autumn. However, you’d never know it was 80 degrees that day and incredibly humid! Of course, New Jersey weather will never let go of Summer humidity without a fight, even in October. This couple champed through it, though, with their long pants, boots and sweaters. Needless to say, we all drank a lot of water!

Save the Date!

We also loved that these two brought cute signs to the shoot. We always encourage tasteful, simple props. More than anything, it will make for a great photo on your save the date cards! Not to mention, Allaire State Park had decorated with some Fall decor of their own. We hope these two were prepped on this shoot with the hot weather, because we are saving the date for their August wedding next year at Addison Park!
